| Tracy McGuire Cobb is a 1983 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS degree in Physical Therapy. She was the Assistant Director and then Director of the physical therapy department at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center until l987. She is co-owner of Atlantic Physical Therapy with Martha Lewis RPT since 1987. Tracy enjoys all aspects of physical therapy and works with patients with orthopedic, neurological and musculoskeletal involvement. | Martha Lewis was born in North Carolina, attended East Carolina University and Physical Therapy School at The Medical University of SC in Charleston SC graduating in 1979. She has spent her entire career working in South Carolina but is also licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina. Initially she worked as Director of Physical Therapy at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center and also worked at St. Francis Hospital in Greenville, SC before starting Atlantic Physical Therapy in 1986. In addition to serving as President of Atlantic Physical Therapy, she is the Treasurer of Rehabilitation Associates Network, a network of private practices in North and South Carolina which work together to provide excellent therapy services to the citizens of those states. Locally, Martha serves on the advisory Board for Mercy Hospice and is a member of First Methodist Church in Myrtle Beach. In the office, Martha enjoys working with orthopedic, sports, work related problems, head, neck and shoulder pain and dysfunction. She has had additional training in head, neck and shoulder problems; work related and job site analysis and has had additional training in the treatment of golf injuries and physical fitness for golf. | Melissa H. Gray, P.T. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| A native of Massachusetts, Melissa graduated from the University of Lowell, in Lowell MA, in 1990 with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy. She has worked in a variety of physical therapy treatment settings with primary experience in the outpatient orthopedic area. She also has had experience in acute care (hospital settings) and rehabilitation and treatment of patients with neurological problems. She has a special interest in providing physical therapy care to patients with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. She serves as the Center Coordinator for Clinical Education for Atlantic Physical Therapy and is certified by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as a Clinical Instructor for students enrolled in physical therapy education programs. | Chris is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy. Her specialty is rehabilitation of hand injuries. Her 20-year work history includes starting up several Occupational Therapy Programs, working in Industrial Rehabilitation settings as well as administrative duties. She has a love of the profession and is currently working with a wide range of patients from children to seniors. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, cooking and reading. | Barb Peterson, MS, CCC-SLP, received both a bachelors and masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin. She completed a Clinical Fellowship Year and earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Ms.Peterson has been affiliated with Atlantic Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation for seven years. Prior to moving to the Myrtle Beach area she was a Clinical Supervisor in the Speech and Hearing Clinic at the University of Georgia. She also has experience in Home Health, and in public schools. | Sheri is a certified athletic trainer, personal trainer, lifestyle and wellness counselor, and a strength and conditioning specialist. A 1996 graduate of the College of Charleston, where she received a BS degree in exercise science and physical education. Sheri has worked with Atlantic Physical Therapy and Rehab, Inc. for the past four years as an athletic trainer. She is also the wellness director and coordinator of the Arthritis Aquatic Program. Sheri specializes in Wellness and fitness issues, geriatric rehabilitation and conditioning, sport injury rehabilitation, fibromyalgia and chronic pain problems. Top of Page |

| Michelle Ponsler, born in Texas and raised primarily in suburban Chicago, is a graduate of the University of Kentucky in Lexington. Since completing her Master's degree in Physical Therapy in May 2002, she has moved to Myrtle Beach to begin her career as a Physical Therapist at Atlantic Physical Therapy. Her physical therapy interests are widely varied from Orthopedic and Neurological rehab to aquatic PT and even to lymphadema treatment. Outside work Michelle practices yoga and kickboxing and would like to play golf more often. She also enjoys reading on the beach and eating ice cream. Top of Page |

Dargan was raised in Florence, SC and attended Clemson University prior to his attending the Physical Therapy Program at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). He graduated from MUSC with a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1981 and completed his Masters in Health Sciences in 1982. His work experience includes providing patient care and consulting in settings including outpatient, hospital, home health, medical equipment sales and rental and industrial. He is certified by Isernhagen Work Systems for performance of Functional Capacity Evaluations, Pre-Work Screening and Functional Job Analysis. His work interests include rehabilitation of orthopaedic and industrial injuries, TMJ disorders and work injury prevention programs. He has been with Atlantic Physical Therapy since 1991 and in 1998 began in the capacity of Director of Administration ,Client Services. Dargan has been active in the South Carolina and the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since graduation from MUSC. He has served as Treasurer of the S.C. Physical Therapy Association and has served three terms as S.C. Delegate to the APTA Annual House of Delegates. He is currently on the South Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners, having served for five years as Board President. On the national level, Dargan is currently the Treasurer of the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy. The FSBPT provides support and resources to physical therapy licensing boards throughout the United States and it's territories.

| Mark is a 1995 graduate of College of Charleston with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a 2000 graduate of NOVA Southeastern University with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. His clinical interests include orthopedics, manual therapy, and balance training. In addition, Mark has completed a certification in vestibular rehabilitation. | Ricky is local to the Grand Strand and graduate of Clemson University, where he received his B.S. in Health Sciences in 1999. Ricky is also a current graduate of the Masters of Physical Therapy program at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C. His interests in the physical therapy field involve primarily sport orthopedics, especially the knee, as well as general orthopedics and the neurological population. | Ian W. McClure, COTA/L, CDI, DRT graduated from the U.S. Army Occupational Therapy Specialist program at Ft. Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas in 1993. He has worked extensively with the geriatric population in the areas of neuro-rehab, psychology, community re-integration and drivers rehab in Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, North Carolina and South Carolina. He received his training in Drivers Rehab at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak MI., multiple courses offered by Adaptive Mobility Inc. in Orlando FL. and Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC. Currently residing in Myrtle Beach, SC he works with Atlantic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Inc. in the Myrtle Beach office. Eventually he plans to further his Drivers Rehab practice to include Van evaluations once the Drivers Rehab program has integrated itself into the community and the need presents itself.
