As a member of Rehabilitation Associates Network we participate in a quality assurance and outcomes program.
This includes:
·Patient satisfaction survey including self-perception of their condition upon discharge
·Evaluation of patient goal attainment and compliance by the therapist
These results come to us from the network office comparing Atlantic PT to other facilities in the network as a whole.
Descriptions in the third quarter 2000, the following results were reported:

· No response 5%
Patients who would return to the facility:

Therapist's perception of Goal attainment:
·Goals met 57%
·Goals not met 2%
·Goals partially met 38%
Therapist's perception of patient compliance:
·Compliant with attendance and home program 71%
·Partially compliant 22%
·Non-compliant 4%
In addition, chart audits are performed for deficiencies that relate to legal, professional and treatment issues.
3rd quarter 2000 had no deficiencies.
