Government We accept: · Medicare - PART B · Medicaid - 0 to 21 years of age or anyone with Medicare/Medicaid · Champus - Tricare Standard · CRS · Public School Districts · Vocational Rehabilitation · Veterans Administration Blue Cross/Blue Shield We file: · BC/BS of SC and multiple states · FEP (Federal Employee Plan) · HMO Blue · Planned Administrators · Companion HMO (Treatment must be Pre-certified by the referring physician) · State employees · Federal employees · Private BC/BS · Employer BC/BS Worker's Compensation We accept: SC, NC and all other pre-negotiated states' Worker's Compensation insurance. Private Insurance We work with over 250 insurance companies and 3rd party administrators through our Rehabilitation Associates Network (RAN) affiliation. See the partial listing under Insurance Companies. Other As a courtesy, we will file your insurance. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover can be used for patient payment portion. Extended payment plans are available. We always try to verify coverage prior to treatment. Verification of benefits is not usually guaranteed by the insurance company and bill payment is ultimately the patient's responsibility.
