Tom Palya, PT, CSCS
Tom was born and raised in a small town outside of Pittsburgh in southwestern Pennsylvania. He received a B.S. degree in Exercise Science and Physiology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2000. Tom then obtained his Masters in Physical Therapy from Gannon University in 2003. In addition, he successfully passed and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S). Tom joined Atlantic Physical Therapy following graduation.
Tom enjoys all of the challenging aspects of physical therapy with special interest in orthopedic pathologies. He incorporates a sound combination of both traditional and non-traditional theories and methods of rehabilitation in his practice. Tom is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Tom, his wife Elizabeth, and daughter Catherine �Grace� live in the Carolina Forest area and are active parishioners of St. Andrew�s Catholic Church. During his spare time, Tom enjoys playing the guitar, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
