Our History

Atlantic Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Inc. is an outpatient private practice and rehabilitation agency that has been serving the Grand Strand and surrounding communities for over 20 years. Originally started by Martha Lewis and Tracy Cobb in 1986, they were able to expand the business into 4 offices across Horry County. The facilities are located in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Conway, and Carolina Forest.

We have an outstanding team consisting of highly skilled, talented, and caring professionals who are licensed in the state of South Carolina. Our clinicians consists of a balanced combination of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, and speech therapists.
